Peggy Fowler, founding partner of Wildplum Business Advisors LLC, has been providing business and management consulting services for the past 15 years. Having completed her undergraduate training at Northwestern University and graduate studies at the University of Michigan, Ms. Fowler worked initially as a corporate financial planner, and then as a business consultant, for the highly successful and innovative San Francisco Bay Area medical device company, Nellcor-Puritan Bennett, from its infancy through its acquisition by Tyco International Ltd. |

| Over her career, Ms. Fowler has enjoyed working with the senior executives of a diverse list of companies varying in size, maturity, and industry vertical. Her disciplined 4-step approach to problem solving – visioning, planning, execution, and evaluation – has made her a highly effective resource for these organizations. |

| Philanthropy and community service are important personal goals for Ms. Fowler. She currently sits on the Board of Trustees for Jarrow Montessori School, the oldest Montessori school in the State of Colorado, enjoys membership at the Highland City Club, is active with the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, and has given many volunteer hours to a variety of local non-profit organizations including the Boulder Valley School District, Boy Scouts of America, and Junior Achievement. Ms. Fowler is also an avid sports enthusiast and can often be found biking or running on the surrounding mountain trails. |
